Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal to download and print a prepaid shipping label, or request a QR code to be scanned at your local drop-off point.

  Send via Post

  Drop your package off at any designated post office or approved courier location, making sure to keep your proof of postage receipt until your refund is processed.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
